Description:
The Federal Act on the Elimination of Disadvantages for People with Disabilities (BehiG) requires barrier-free public transport. The project improves mobility, inclusion and sustainability. In this context, the commissioned planner provides the services of phases 3 to 5 in accordance with SIA standard 103/2020 for the project planning, tendering and implementation of around 75 bus stop edges in the canton of Lucerne. The detailed information on the relevant bus stop edges will be announced with the submission documents. The rapid implementation of the services on schedule and thus the rapid implementation of the bus stop edges is a central goal of the order. Accordingly, the planner must be able to demonstrate high performance and capacity and demonstrate innovative approaches to speedy processing. The construction work should be divided into several packages. The master builder submission for the first package is scheduled to take place at the beginning of 2027 with the aim of construction work starting in the second quarter of 2027. The approximately 75 bus stop edges should be implemented by the end of 2029.
