This call for tenders concerns the environmental services of the project of the new workshops
d'Yverdon-les-Bains, for the SIA 31 to 33 phases.
in order to respond to the capacity to capacity for the maintenance of rolling stock in French-speaking Switzerland, a new maintenance center mustbe built in the canton of Vaud. In 2020, a working group's mission was to study the different possibilities for developing maintenance capacities in the canton of Vaud. From this strategic study results in the recommendation in favor of the variant implying a transformationMajor of the Yverdon-les-Bains workshops for the heavy maintenance of the long distance fleet (associated with a new light maintenance site in the town of Aigle, which is the subject of a separate study and study). The main steps of the project (realization) will be as follows (this phasing will beConsolidated in the study phase in order to guarantee the maintenance of production activities on the site and due to energies distribution constraints):
-The first step provides for the construction of 3 new long tracks of 250 m south of the existing halls and 1 short track for locomotives.In parallel, it is planned to renew the production and distribution of energies on the site, as well as the construction of a business restaurant in the northwest.
