Description:
The EBL intends to obtain two (a transformer fix and a transformer optional) high-quality 140 MVA power transformers (252kv / 53kv).
In addition to the delivery, the EBL expects various other services to deliver and assemble the transformer on the installation sites as well as to connect to all change systems (secondary technology, grounding, ...).
A design phase is carried out with the evaluated provider, with the purpose to capture the mutual understanding of the required delivery objects. The design phase cannot be completed satisfactorily, is The client entitles to refrain from referring further services by the contractor and to dissolve the product delivery contract prematurely without costs or not to order the further work.
Surcharge, conclusion of the product delivery contract and order after the design phase has been concluded are subject to the approval of the respective organs of EBL.
