The canton of Lucerne is planning to set up a modern Security Operations Center (SOC) for the early detection of security events and the effective handling of security incidents. The aim is to introduce and operate a hybrid SOC as security Information and Event Management (SIEM) with suitable security orchestration, automation and response (SOAR) functionalities in order to keep internal effort within the canton of Lucerne as low as possible.
