The solution is to be based on the open source component Digital Signature Services (DSS: https://ec.europa.eu/digital-building-blocks/DSS/webapp-demo/validation ) and cover all phases from development and implementation to the introduction and replacement of the existing solution to ongoing operation, maintenance and support.
The aim is to provide a safe, to provide a user-friendly and future-proof platform that meets legal and technical requirements and enables efficient validation of electronic signatures.
