Description:
We are looking for a development, delivery and implementation of a web -based application to collect the Swiss forest statistics using current technologies. The basic functions and variables should remain unchanged in the new system compared to the previous application.
It If a provider is sought who can provide the required services with the necessary professional and technical skills. The source code of the new solution is intended to use electronic funds to fulfill authorities (EMBAG) with an open source software within the meaning of the federal law on the use of electronic means to fulfill electronic funds (OSS) license are published.
The new application must be a hierarchical user management, structured data acquisition and powerful search, Offer filter and reporting functions.
