- With this advertisement, the SEM is looking for a provider who will operate an external registration office from October 1st, 2026 to a maximum of December 31st, 2031 for the benefit of asylum seekers accommodated in the BAZ and employees of the service providers and security, pastors and volunteers who work in the BAZ. The external reporting office is the contact person in the event of violence, discrimination and other serious problems in the federal asylum accommodations. She advises those affected people and, at their request, refers them to appropriate specialist and advice centers or to the law enforcement authorities. The external reporting office can contact itself with the consent of the reporting person, but independently of the SEM Contact law enforcement authorities.
