- According to the federal law of October 5, 2007 on national languages and communication between language communities (Language Act; SpG; SR 441.1), the federal Departments and the Federal Chancellery (BK) are obliged to make information accessible in all official languages. It is also English significant because many offices work in an international environment. The departments, the BK and many offices have their own language services. When work is overloaded or urgent and all internal options have been exhausted, they award language service contracts to external parties. The intention is to use these framework agreements to contract external providers who will provide the BK and the EFD with corresponding language services for the period from January 1st, 2027 to December 31st, 2031. The framework agreements do not give rise to an automatic entitlement to orders. Language services from German to French (BK and EFD) 40 surcharges for language services from German to French (BK and EFD); Initial duration January 1st, 2027 to December 31st, 2029; 15,000 pages.
