Description:
The light space profile (LRP) is a system that relates the cross -section of vehicles and the distances of fixed systems from the track to each other. Most parts of the LRP are to be kept free from solid objects. The LRP valid for Switzerland is described and regulated in the AB-EBV.The LRP is regularly monitored at SBB. SBB AG aims to convert manual surveillance to the "in-office inspection".
For this purpose, georeferenced 3D point clouds and image data are required, which from a mobile mapping system on a SBB rail vehicle for oneDriving speed of a maximum of 80 km/h.
In order to ensure optimal data quality, the measurements are carried out exclusively in dry weather and a clear view (fog -free). Depending on the weather forecast, the measurements must be postponed at short notice.
The delivery objectsare:
a) Georeferenzed 3D point clouds
b) Couited panoramic images. The measuring layers find inusually in the months of May to September of a year.
