Description:
In the cantonal execution plan, the bike preference route (VVR) Aarau-Lenzburg is registered as a pre-orientation (directional planka paragraph M4.1 bike transport, project No. 15). As part of the preliminary study, the in -depth examination of the execution plan entry should now take place. The development of the variant subject, the feasibility studyAs well as the variant assessment of the VVR Aarau-Lenzburg is the subject of this procurement.
The purpose assessment is carried out in three phases.
* In the first phase, the variant is set up, as well as the determination of the rating system for the subsequent variant assessment. TheVariant assessment takes place taking into account the cantonal objectives according to the room concept and the mobility.
* The second phase includes the examination of the technical, traffic and environmental law feasibility, as well as a rough cost estimate.
* In phase threethere is a variant assessment and assessment of a VVR compared to the future state without VVR. The variant assessment is checked using sensitivity considerations and the best variant is determined.
The procedure in the corresponding phase 1 and 2 of the SIA112.Preliminary study is estimated to have a total of 135-150 working days (including 7 days of effort traffic model). The offer of the offerers can deviate from this estimate....
