The following documents are annexed: Annex I - Terms of Reference Annex II - Pricing formAnnex III - ITU Supplier Registration Form, to be returned duly completed and signedAnnex IV - Declaration of Eligibility and Integrity of the ITU Bidder, to be returned duly completed and signedAnnex V - ITU General Conditions of Contract Instructions to Bidders: Please note that the deadline for submitting your proposal to ITU is no later than Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (Geneva time). Late submissions will be rejected. All bids must be submitted using the Returns feature of the e-tendering system. Bids submitted in person, by mail, by facsimile (fax), by electronic mail (email), or transmitted via the feature In-tend system matches are not accepted.
