The purpose of the call for tenders is the acquisition, implementation and maintenance of a business IT solution AMINH Solution intended for the complete and centralized management of allowances in favor of families caring for a minor in a situation of disability at home. The solution must cover the entire life cycle of AMINH files (reception and processing of requests, decisions, monitoring of payments, revisions, oppositions, reporting) and integrate into the technical environment of the OAI VD, in complying with applicable legal, organizational and data protection requirements.
