The family apartments (SFW) Foundation creates and rents out inexpensive living space for large and medium -sized families in the city of Zurich.
The SFW was founded in 1924 by the city of Zurich as a non-profit, public law foundation, with the purpose of apartments for apartments for to procure large families with small incomes.
In the course of professionalization, building cleaning (maintenance, reason, and special cleaning) of all six housing estates is now advertised for three years (with an option to extend - 2 years).
