IN FRENCHThe United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) wishes to receive expressions of interest for a call for tenders that it intends to launch for the annual maintenance of a system for overpressurizing an escape route in Building H of the Palais des Nations, in Geneva (Switzerland). These services concern the carrying out of preventive and curative maintenance operations and troubleshooting of a system for overpressurizing an escape route in Building H of the Palais des Nations. These services (maintenance preventive and curative) will be made on the class D overpressure system composed of a Jomos electrical power station with Jomos ORS 144K / 164K smoke detector and Euroda motorized pressure relief valve. The aim is to establish a contract for an initial duration of three (3) years with the possibility of an extension period, subject to satisfactory performance of the contract by the Contractor and the availability of UNOG budgets, of one (1) additional and consecutive period of two (2) years maximum (3+2)Please note that this request for expression of interest (EOI) does not constitute a call for tenders. Only companies considered qualified by UNOG to provide these services will be invited to tender. The deadline for Receipt of expressions of interest (submitting the response form below) is scheduled for Friday May 15, 2026 at 5 p.m. (Geneva time). All responses will be treated in a strictly confidential manner.
