Description:
Provision of specialized IT resources according to Swiss ICT in the form of service rental (according to the Federal Law on Employment Services and Service Rental LSE). Helpdesk Agent (SwissICT reference: 41) The State of Friborg, represented by the Finance Department (DFIN), launches an AO for the provision of qualified IT resources meeting the requirements of Fascicle 4 - Specifications. SITel plans to strengthen, upon request, its technical and application teams by calling on external specialists from time to time, as needed. These experts will intervene to ensure the operation of infrastructures, platforms and support of all types of projects, in various areas of the State, on the period from May 1, 2026 to May 1, 2030. The objective is therefore to have, during this period, resources corresponding to the profiles sought, which can be mobilized on demand and without guarantee of volume, under the best market conditions. The award will aim to select several service providers with proven experience in the provision of IT services, within the framework of service rental contracts within the meaning of the LSE. The successful bidders will conclude a framework contract (overall agreement) relating to the provision of resources corresponding to the profiles sought.
