Description:
The Nature Conservation (FNS) department is the body in the canton of Zurich responsible for the execution of nature conservation legislation. This includes long -term preservation and promotion of particularly endangered types of flora. For this purpose, a "Action Plan Flora" was developed as a long -term program. As part of theAction plan Flora is designated which species should be preserved and promoted in the long term with special measures. A species -specific action plan was or is developed for each of these species. The measures derived from this are given by the species responsible for this orderplanned and implemented. With the present tender, the order to look after the Action Plan types forests and forest edges (including orobanches) is awarded.
