- This tender includes the delivery and professional execution of all work for an extensively green flat roof on the new "EMC level" building of the wastewater treatment plant (ARA) in Frauenfeld. The scope of services includes in particular: * Delivery and installation of thermal insulation according to project and detailed specifications * Execution of the roof sealing including all connection and detail training * Formation of all penetrations, attic connections as well as edge and end details * Delivery and assembly of plumbing work (particularly parapet covers, edging, roof edges and drainage elements) * Creation of the protective, separation and drainage structure * Delivery and installation of the extensive green roof including substrate and vegetation layer * Coordination with related trades (e.g. facade construction, building services, any PV preparation) * Execution of all additional work required for the functional, permanently tight and standard-compliant construction of the roof structure are required The work must be carried out in accordance with the relevant standards and guidelines, in particular the applicable SIA standards and the current flat roof guidelines.
