SBB AG transfers all traction current services to the company for the realization of the Project line 840, Frauenfeld, freight receiving track and long-distance turning track. The company coordinates all interfaces, especially with the general contractor and with the specialist services of SBB AG.
The company pays SBB AG for itself and its agents, subcontractors and suppliers comprehensive assurance that the contract will be executed professionally, in accordance with the client's requirements and in compliance with the tender documents and quality standards, for the technical functionality of the work owed as well as for the use and Compatibility of suitable building materials.
The company assumes responsibility for the proposed project and the execution project, which is created based on the tender documents and the entrepreneur's offer.
