- Description:
- To meet needs in the field of fundamental research, EPFL is launching the construction of the new Advanced Science Building (ASB). This building will be able to isolate any external disturbance thanks to a central silo mounted on springs. Variations in temperature, hydrometry, noise, vibration and electromagnetic fields will be reduced as much as possible. This project requires the conclusion of construction works and civil liability insurance for the client and civil liability of project participants. Bidders will be required to undertake the following tasks: · Submit a site offer bringing together the risks of construction work and civil liability of the Project Owner and insurance excess civil liability for all project participants; · Provide a designated person for contractual management and claims management; · The bidder must submit his insurance offer provided for under the form of an exact draft policy or a draft contract ready for signature with the corresponding general insurance conditions (CGA), additional conditions and special conditions. The main contractual clauses must in particular be reformulated correctly so that they can be clearly evaluated. Legally valid signatures must be affixed to these documents.
