- The Swiss Confederation owns a real estate complex in Milan called the Swiss Center of Milan (CSM). This complex includes the buildings located in via Palestro 2 and 4 and in via del Vecchio Politecnico 1 and 3. It consists of two separate construction elements: a higher element (tower) and a lower one (low body). The tower consists of 21 floors. The low body includes five floors above ground. The premises of the two elements of the real estate complex are currently used by 17 independent leases.
