Description:
The Swiss Confederation is the owner of various green areas. The Federal Office for Buildings and Logistics (BBL) is responsible for maintaining these areas. As part of a tender in the open procedure, the maintenance of green areas of these areas will be re -awarded to 2026.
The The tendering of the green space maintenance takes place in 5 lots for the following regions:
Lot 1: City of Bern (Bern)
Lot 2: City of Bern (Bern)
Lot 3: Meteosuisse, Payerne (Vaud)
Lot 4: Museo Vela, Ligornetto (Ticino)
Lot 5: Oskar Reinhart (Sor), Winterthur (Zurich)
In the loose lot 1 city of Bern And Los 2 City of Bern are contained around 15 objects, which are located in the area of the city of Bern and Agglomeration. The surroundings of these objects mainly include areas of federal offices. These green areas advertised for care have different diverse areas of Lawn, meadow, perennial and hedge areas. In addition, some courtyards are included in the loose.
The Los 3, Meteo Switzerland in Payerne, is a reference station of the Federal Office of Meteorology and Climatology. The green areas comprise lawn, meadow, perennial, hedge and tree areas. A new system is explicitly designed as a biodiversity area. In addition to the usual green areas, there are areas with highly sensitive measuring devices, green roofs and a phenological tree park.
