- In order to strengthen the staff of internal specialist advice for construction project management in the area of building automation (GA) for domestic projects, the BBL is procuring support from two external providers or their specialists through framework contracts. Wanted are providers each with two flexibly available key people who, in the role advertised here as advisory specialist planning GA for the client, have the following qualities: The key people represent the concerns and interests of the Client. They are impartial and neutral towards the specialist planners, executors and other participants mandated in the projects. They are professionally competent, technically versatile and conceptually strong. Networked thinking, agile action as well Level-appropriate communication are strengths of the key people. Loyalty to the client, professional handling of confidential documents and the resulting confidentiality are basic requirements for those to be procured Offerors or key people.
