Partial repair of Hardau II parking garage, general planning services (subject to credit approval) The Hardau II parking garage was built as part of the overall development between 1976 and 1979. Investigations have shown that the parking floor ceilings are in a damaged condition; Moisture penetration and reinforcement corrosion can be observed. In addition, the parking deck coverings have reached the end of their service life with almost 50 years of use. In some places the building technology needs to be be adjusted or supplemented. The repair work is intended to create an intervention-free period of at least 25 years.
