Description:
Subject and scope of the order Framework agreement for the creation, expansion, adaptation and relocation of Züri modular pavilions; Architekturleistungen Since 1998, the city of Zurich has been covering the short to medium-term need for school space modular pavilion buildings of the Züri-Modular system (ZM pavilions). The system is based on identical floors, each with two classrooms, group rooms, side rooms and the necessary technical infrastructure. Thanks to various additional options The system can be used flexibly and can be adapted as required. The pavilions can be completely dismantled and rebuilt in new locations. In the future, the Züri-Modular system will continue to cover the need for training, Kindergarten and childcare rooms can be used. In the coming years, the focus will be on expanding, adapting and upgrading the existing pavilions as well as moving them to new locations. The existing framework agreement for the Planning and construction of the ZM pavilions will end at the end of 2026, with commissioning and documentation continuing until the end of 2027. The present call for tenders is looking for a suitable architectural firm that will work from 2026 to 2034 as part of a new one Framework contract provides architectural services for the creation, expansion, adaptation and relocation of Züri modular pavilions.
