Description:
The purpose of this call for tenders is to appoint a general planner, in the person of an architect / a group of architects, as well as his team of specialists composed of: * a civil engineer, * an electrical installation engineer, * of a sanitary installation engineer, * an engineer in heating-ventilation-CR installations, * a technical coordinator, * a building physicist, * from a fire safety specialist. Bidders are requested to develop a project on the basis of the program established by the Client regarding restoration, energy and technical sanitation, and interior design (and compliance with standards: universal accessibility, compliance according to BPA and SIA 358, security in terms of fire protection, etc.) of the Bergières Child Life Center and to direct the completion of the project. This group will be able to add the necessary skills of other engineers subsequently. The technical approach of the project must take into account the heritage and architectural value of the object. A rating of *1* was awarded by the Directorate of Archeology and Heritage (DGIP), Monuments and Sites Division of the Canton of Vaud.
