Description:
The procurement includes an MSIP - Multispectral imaging platform capable of performing staining, associated software capable of acquiring, displaying and analyzing the images.
We analyze formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections on glass slides, which primarilyderived from ngTMA sections of human and mouse tissue. The technology must be compatible with the already created ngTMA blocks of our archive. The entire surface of the slide must be stained. The file format of the image must be open source compatible (bioformat or openslide) andcan be evaluated with open source software (QuPath) as well as with commercially available software (Halo/Halo AI from Indica Labs). The MSIP must be capable of performing at least 30 plex immunofluorescence staining and imaging at the time of acquisition of the equipment.
