Description:
The workshop and the fire brigade are now housed in a common place. The areas jointly used by fire and workshop are planned optimized in terms of the size of the building and its usable areas. Different rooms are only to be created once and are from Werkhof or the fire brigade shared. According to the current AGV guideline, the fire brigade facilities are not only out of date, but they are no longer sufficient for today's standard. The building is divided into the Werkhofhalle, fire hall and middle wing - consisting of EC Common rooms (such as stay, toilets, showers etc.) and specific rooms only for the workshop or fire brigade. The upper floor includes training rooms and a theory room (for fire brigade and theory also for public use). The building is located in the Au water protection area. The project parcel If in the cadastre of the contaminated locations (KBS) of the canton of Aargau as a deposit location AA4274,0003, there is a filled gravel mining pit, where building rubble, excavation material and house return was later deposited.
