Description:
Flughafen Zuerich AG is building a building between parking garages 1 and 2 that will be used as a food hall and connect the landside passenger areas. As part of this new building, work will also be carried out on adjacent existing areas in the area of car parks 1 and 2 and the redesign of the bus station Waterproofing work carried out on roofs and under terrain.
If possible, the services should be awarded as a complete package and include the following BKP numbers
. BKP 222 plumbing work
. BKP 223 External lightning protection systems
. BKP 224 roofing work
In particular the plumbers and Waterproofing work is complex and demanding. The installation areas are distributed within the extensive building perimeter. Sealing under terrain requires e.g. T. constructive pressure distribution and protective layers.
Therefore, the work related to planning packages is advertised in batches as follows:
. LV 089 includes external lightning protection
. LV 053 includes the flat roof work in the food hall area and other smaller installation areas
. LV 054 includes special plumbing work in the light ditch area
. LV 055 includes the flat roof work in the bus yard area according to NPK 362 accessible areas
. LV 056 includes the flat roof work in the west delivery and east entrance areas
