Description:
The station building at Bahnhofstrasse 21 in Stansstad is getting on in years. An essential part of the building components exceeded its technical lifespan. The premises of the internal uses - especially the control center - no longer meet today's requirements. Also The cloakroom situation of the locomotive staff is suboptimal. Basic optimization is no longer possible in the existing building substance.
The newly built company building at Bahnhofstrasse 25 is a replacement for the existing control center at Bahnhofstrasse 21. At this location. The newly created operating center can connect to the existing technical components (route cable).
In the new building on the northwest side of the existing company building on the BHF21, new contemporary space for the affected internal uses should therefore arise. Essentially, a replacement building of the control center building, which mainly serves to build and operate the railway, is intended. The connection to the existing building is via a passenger.
