Description:
The ITSM support service is used in the State of Geneva and in particular by the Ocsin to equip ITIL processes and in particular the management of configurations, incident management, requests of requests, changes and problems management. The Ocsin uses productsSoftware of the BMC Software publisher.
The support and maintenance of these software products expires on 29.09.2025.
As part of the ITSM support service, the Infrastructure Department Research the provision of standard maintenance service and support for allSoftware products from the BMC Software publisher which is used by the ITSM support service. This service will be effective for a period of 5 years.
The objective of this call for tenders is to acquire, from 30.09.2025 and for a period of 5 years, the following services:
