• Description:
• A total contractor contract is being advertised for all planning and construction services for the renewal of a cantonal road, including engineering structures, drainage, supporting structures, service lines and temporary structures throughout Project perimeter. Planning services The order includes all engineering and construction management services from SIA phases 51-53 as basic services in accordance with SIA 103 (overall manager and specialist planner, excluding senior construction management). These include in particular: implementation planning, Scheduling and construction scheduling Planning of all temporary arrangements, safety and construction measures Quality assurance, test and control planning Coordination of all those involved and specialist planners Construction management including cost, quality and deadline control The Services must be provided in compliance with the specifications of the project planning manual for engineers (PHI) of the Canton of Aargau.
