- The OMPI is launching a tender process to select a company for the supply and maintenance of machines and small equipment for a gym. The OMPI invites by the present your company to submit an offer in response to the invitation to be subject to (ITB) number BPS-25-01601-ITB.The invitation to tender is divided into three parts: a) Chapter I: Initial purchase of sports equipment. Delivery to the OMPI in 2025 and installed installation in the first quarter of 2026; b) Chapter II: Delayed and optional purchase of sports equipment. Order, Delivery and Installation until December 31, 2027; c) Chapter III: Extension of warranty and maintenance plan for equipment purchased under chapters I and II. The OMPI reserves the right not to adjust the tender; In this case, all participants in the tender will be informed accordingly. The OMPI also reserves the right to carry out a partial or fractional auction, as if necessary. In the event of auction, the invitation to tender will be awarded to a single company for the three chapters, and the selected company will be offered a framework agreement to long term.
