Description:
EPFL wishes to acquire frequency multipliers suitable for VNA and VMU measurement units for the characterization of RF semiconductor devices, continuously covering a frequency range from a few MHz up to around 250-300 GHz for characterization in small signals, intended for its POWERlab at the Institute of Microtechnology and Electrical Engineering (IEM). The equipment will be dedicated to cutting-edge research on millimeter and sub-THz devices as well as integrated circuits monolithic microwaves (MMIC). In line with the scientific goals of the POWERlab, the focus will be on high-frequency, high-power devices for next-generation communications applications.
