- In view of the age and condition of the existing buildings of the school and sports facility in Bubikon and the expected increase in the number of students, the municipality launched a selective two-stage study contract for general planning teams in 2024. The focus of the study assignment was on Development of a holistic project idea for the designated space requirements of the Bubikon school, taking into account the inventoried Sypcherwise building. The WALDRAP team, Krebs- und Herde, Luechinger + Meyer Partner, Amstein + Walthert and Weber Energie und Bauphysik has the study contract won. The community will vote on the project loan in December 2025, so that project work can start in January 2026.
The municipality of Bubikon is looking for builder support for the SIA phases 31-53 for the project.
