• Description:
• The subject of the submission is the development of the preliminary and construction project and the documents for the approval (SIA phases 31-33) for the surface and factory management measures in the project area “Road and factory pipeline construction Altstetten West” (SAW) - in narrower terms Coordination and collaboration with the planners of the Altstetten West energy network (EVAW). The project perimeter with a street length of around 6 km includes the streets between Altstetterstrasse and the city limits to Schlieren as well as Hohlstrasse and Eugen-Huber-Str., or Rautistrasse The basis is the “overall concept for traffic, design and greenery” developed by the office of snz AG + S2L Landschaftsarchitektur, which will be publicly launched in March/April 2026 in accordance with Section 13 StrG; those not yet available Objections must be dealt with in the pre-project. By 2034, the Altstetten West district is to be designed to be climate-neutral, livable and sustainable in accordance with the urban master planning and the Urban Space and Mobility 2040 strategy.
