- Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:ILO seeks a Senior Consultant to produce a concise, focused, and action-oriented position paper that sets out options for scaling up a joint initiative with Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) regarding global research priorities in identifying "what works" against human trafficking and forced labour. The paper will include strategies for research priorities uptake, stakeholder and partner mapping, modular programmatic options, recommendations for dissemination of research findings, and where feasible, a proposed timeline for the research programme implementation.
