- Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:The International Labour Office (ILO) is seeking a Senior Evaluation Support Consultant to provide technical backstopping, quality assurance, and advisory support to evaluations overseen by the Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia (RO-ECA). The ILO Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia (RO-ECA) oversees a large and diverse evaluation portfolio covering 51 countries,including fragile, conflict-affected, and politically sensitive contexts, and involving multiple donors and complex institutional arrangements.Under the supervision of the Regional Evaluation Officer, the consultant will review and refine evaluation Terms of Reference, conduct quality assurance reviews of inception, draft, and final evaluation reports, and provide written technical feedback in line with the ILO Evaluation Policy, UNEG norms and standards, and OECD/DAC evaluation criteria.
