The consultant will support the implementation of the ILO ALMP Data Collection Methodology in Rwanda, gathering accurate, disaggregated, and policy-relevant data on active labour market programmes (ALMPs) implemented since 2015. Working in close coordination with the ILO and national stakeholders, the consultant will begin by mapping existing ALMPs, using a preliminary list provided by the ILO and expanding it through outreach to government bodies, international and national partners, NGOs, private sector actors, and social partners. - Documents:
