Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant or research team will review and synthesize existing policy guidance on TVET and lifelong learning with the aim of supporting policy coherence and evidence-informed decision-making globally. This assignment will build on existing publications and guidance produced by the ILO and other international and regional organizations, as well as relevant think tanks. This work constitutes the first phase in the development of the Global TVET Policy Guide, which will be completed in 2026. The Guide will serve as a comprehensive and user-friendly resource for policy makers and social partners.If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.Thank you.
