* Firm slice The Nyon — St-Cergue — La Cure railway line is a line which belongs to the Nyon-St-Cergue-Morez railway company (NStCM SA). As part of various railway works, partial or complete interruptions of the rail traffic can take place. The NStCM SA company must be able to anticipate and organize the implementation of a replacement bus service during partial or complete interruptions of rail traffic. NStCM SA is looking for a service provider transport in order to conclude a framework contract for a period of 4 years renewable for one year. NStCM SA must also deal with unplanned interruptions of its line during unforeseeable events (technical incidents, accidents, bad weather, etc.). We have planned outages and unplanned, short-term or emergency outages. In all cases, alternative road transport services must be arranged. The purpose of this call for tenders therefore concerns the implementation in place of replacement buses on the Nyon - Saint-Cergue - Morez railway line during planned and unplanned interruptions.
