As part of the acacias development project, the mission of the coordinator and operational planner (CPO) is crucial to guarantee the success of this major project. This project, carried out in collaboration with the city of Geneva, requires rigorous coordination and planningdetailed to ensure the smooth running of the work and respect for the objectives set. The role of the CPO is to provide real -time monitoring, anticipate technical, financial and political needs, and optimize the processes involving several actors.
Its mission will be mainly orientedOn:
. Coordination and optimization of processes; . planning and compliance with deadlines;
. Monitoring and management of information;
. Evaluation and return of experience;
. Facilitate communication between different stakeholders;Resolve conflicts.
