- With this advertisement, the Buchrain community school is looking for a caterer for lunch in the day structures that complement school and families. The contract is awarded for a fixed contract period of four years. It exists Option to subsequently extend the contract for another year. During the term of the contract, both parties have the right to terminate the contract with a notice period of three months. After the contract period has expired, the order will be repeated advertised. The following basic parameters apply to lunch: - Lunch must be provided from Monday to Friday throughout the year, except during school holidays and on days off. - The lunch food is healthy, balanced and tailored to the specific needs of children and young people (see Part C). - The caterer currently serves the following locations: Hinterleisibach, Leumatt, Wüestchäller - The Buchrain community school expects on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with 70 to 100 menus (and the trend is rising), on Wednesday with 30 to 40 menus and on Friday with 40-60 menus. The number of menus can vary over the course of the school year. - Lunch is served between 11:15 a.m. and 11:45 a.m Delivered ready to serve. - Short-term cancellations for the lunch menu will be reported by the Buchrain Community School by 8 a.m. on the day in question.
