Description:
The objective of this procedure is to award the services of phases 32 to 53 according to SIA 103, that is to say, from the construction project phase to commissioning. In phase 32, the bidder is also expected to consolidate and challenge the results of the preliminary project, in particular taking into account the result of the preliminary technical examinations of the AP file (exhibits D1.32 to D1.34 for Pont-Céard, D2.24 to D2.28 for Creux-de-Genthod and D3.19 to D3.21 for Les Tuileries). In the case particular of the Pont-Céard stop, the bidder will also have to study in detail the reduction / maintenance of the width of the platform at 2.30m, it is therefore expected to integrate certain pre-project services (study of variants of phasing of the works, etc.) in phase 32. No subsequent claim (resumption or modification of the basic data) will be admitted. The planner will carry out his mandate in accordance with the laws, ordinances, regulations and directives, as well as the Swisscodes in force, including including the execution and quality requirements - SBB PEQ.
