Description:
The CFC 221.4 deals with the replacement and improvement of windows as well as associated elements in various parts of the college. This project includes interventions on the roof, the glass facades and the installation of smoke extraction hatches.
Associated roofs and windows: replacement of All fixed windows around the lantern and those of the concierge apartment near the stairwell to strengthen the integrity and safety of the building.
Glass curtain facades: replacement of glass facades, especially those of the Aula and the staircase is, for Improve thermal insulation and meet current safety standards.
Debutage hatch: Installation of new smoke extraction hatches equipped with engines to meet fire safety standards.
Windows and doors on the north facade: the windows on the north facade will be Replaced to improve thermal performance, including the installation of new window tablets and the repair of frames. Installation of motorized doors and access devices for people with reduced mobility to facilitate access and evacuation.
Restoration and replacement of glass doors: Restoration or replacement of the glass doors of the two main entrances (south and east) by double glazing to strengthen insulation and safety.
