Description:
As part of the BIM@BD program, the building directorate of the canton of Zurich introduces the Method Buding Information Modeling (BIM) via the offices are, TBA, HBA and IMA.
The aim is to use the construction and management processes through the digital continuous continuation of data and documents over all life cycle phases To make more efficient and increase the quality and completeness of data.
As part of the step model (level 1) of the program, the procurement of a modern BIM CDE (Common data environment = environment for cooperation with data) with a focus on user acceptance and Economy intended.
The BIM CDE forms the software solution for the mapping of the digitized processes for cooperation with structured Building information. It enables the guided exchange of data during the planning and construction phase and its transfer to the existing Systems for real estate operation.
The BIM CDE is designed as the interaction of two software solutions:
1. The BIM CDE PIM (project information model) serves the data and information exchange of the offices with external project teams in ongoing projects. Accordingly, here with one Variety to be expected from users with different technical backgrounds, which requires simple and intuitive use. The BIM CDE PIM offers functionalities that are necessary for the implementation of BIM applications.
