This procedure aims to select a tenderer capable of proposing, demonstrating, implementing and maintaining the identity management solution chosen.
Summary description of the market submission:
1. Access to a software for identity management software
2. Access to maintenance scalable from the retained software solution
3. Saas accommodation of the solution (in compliance with HES-SO security standards defined in non-functional requirements)
4. Demonstration of the solution by a POC (Proof of Concept) implementing the expected critical functions (main functional specificities of HES-SO)
5. Adaptations and deployment of the product according to the processes and needs of HES-SO
6. Support for the productive deployment phase of the solution
7. Access to an application and accommodation support
The market also includes different options listed in chapter 3.3 of the main document.
In addition, the functional and non-functional requirements monitoring note to measure the level of coverage of the solution proposed.
The auction is made in two steps:
1) Conditional auction for the realization of a POC
2) Once the solution demonstrated by the POC, final auction for the production deployment phase.
