The purpose of this market is to grant a concession for the operation of a VLS network in the territory of partner municipalities for a period of 16 months (extendable), namely from March 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The operating concession relates to the right to establish and operate, in A defined geographical perimeter, VLS and provisional installations on the public domain for commercial purposes.
