It was created in 1987 and is now to be renovated and energetically brought up to a current status. The renovation includes the building envelope and parts of the interior designand building technology and adjustments to the area. A conversion with expansion is planned for the separately developed youth room. The construction of a photovoltaic system is planned on the building roof.
