Description:
The Charnshalle Rothenburg is a multi -purpose hall with a gym, gastrocular kitchen, stage, grandstand, youth room and various side rooms. It was created in 1987 and is now to be renovated and energetically brought up to a current status. The renovation includes the building envelope and parts of the interior designand building technology and adjustments to the area. A conversion with expansion is planned for the separately developed youth room. The construction of a photovoltaic system is planned on the building roof.
The project depends on the increased requirements for energy efficiency by complianceof the building standard 2019.1, as of March 2024 from Energie Switzerland.
A state analysis with a rough cost estimate is available. The general planning order includes SIA phases 3, 4 and 5 according to the service description. The start of the project is on August 4, 2025.
