Description:
The applicable regulations must be adhered to in all respects.
From an electrical engineering perspective, the building is divided into several functional areas.
Basement:
There are in the basement mainly technical facilities. The main energy center is located on the west facade and includes both a high-current and a low-current room. In addition, employee areas such as cloakrooms, storage and ancillary rooms are housed here.
Ground floor:
The ground floor contains one spacious catering area with an attached dining room. This is equipped with an inductive hearing system to ensure flexible use. There is a buffet area adjacent.
The main entrance area is supplemented by visitor toilets. The employee entrance is on the opposite side of the building.
The living areas extend from the 1st to the 4th floor.
* There are two residential groups on each floor, which are connected to each other by common rooms or kitchens.
* Every Floor offers a total of 11 resident rooms.
